Shipping Policy

At NTOR Fragrance, we understand how excited you are to receive your signature scent. We partner with the most reliable courier services in India to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Within Gujarat: 2–3 business days.

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas (North-East, J&K): 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a Tracking Link.

  • You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. In-Transit Damage

  • Fragrance bottles are delicate. We use premium multi-layer packaging to prevent breakage.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

6. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@ntorfragrance.com or WhatsApp at within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address.

7. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you for a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
